Little Rock, AR - (July 9, 2021) Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Arkansas (RMHCA), a local nonprofit providing a “home-away-from-home” for families traveling to Little Rock to receive medical care for their child, is proud to announce the appointment of Darryl Webb to the organization’s Board of Directors.
Darryl Webb is Owner, President and CEO of Kimco Family Restaurants, which owns and operates several McDonald’s franchises in the Little Rock metropolitan area. “We are honored to have a second McDonald’s owner/operator join our board,” said Janell Mason, Executive Director of RMHCA. “Darry’s leadership, enthusiasm for our mission and insight are invaluable.” Sam Baxter, RMHCA Board Chair said Webb is a natural choice. “Webb brings decades of executive management experience with McDonald’s throughout the country and the globe, including President and Managing Director of McDonald’s South Africa.” Webb began his career with the McDonald’s Corporation in 1981. Hard work, perseverance and an exceptional business sense led Webb to receive promotion after promotion. Working in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Delaware, South New Jersey, and McDonald’s Corporate Headquarters. While at Corporate, he served as Staff Director of Minority Operations. “I am humbled by the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors at the Ronald McDonald House” said Webb. “Their selfless mission of creating a home away from home for families whose child is facing a medical crisis is one we should all support.” Darryl Webb is originally from St. Louis, MO where he met the love of his life, Kim.
