All reservations must be made by a hospital representative. If you are interested in staying at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas & North Louisiana, please speak with a representative at the hospital your child will be visiting.

You are eligible to stay at the Ronald McDonald House in Little Rock if:
- Your child is 21 years of age or younger.
Length of Stay
- Outpatients: Families may stay at the Ronald McDonald House for a period of one to five nights.
- ICU/Burn Patients: Families who have a child in any of the ICU facilities (NICU, PICU, CVICU) or in the burn center may stay at the Ronald McDonald House for up to 45 days. This allows for other families to have the opportunity to stay. NOTE: If there is not a family on the waiting list, current families may continue staying for up to another 45 days.
- Cancer or Transplant Patients: Patients and their families may stay at the Ronald McDonald House for the duration of their treatments.

Is There a Charge to Stay?
No. Families are invited to donate $10 for each night’s stay to help offset the nightly cost of their room, which is currently $100. However, there is no requirement to do so.
Check-In Procedures
Once you have a reservation, you are free to check-in anytime, except between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. (during shift change), unless prior approval has been given.
